Configuration Matrix Tab screen Fields

Field	Description
From Fiscal Year	Fiscal Year from the Source Budget Version.
To Fiscal Year	Fiscal Year from the list of Destination Budget Version.
Percentage	Percentage to be added or subtracted (as per the selected Operand) to the selected Budget Plan amount(s).
Operand	Operand to apply with the Percentage entered by the user.
